Dr Angela Minas
Dr Angela Minas is as social scientist based at the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research. Her work sits at the intersection of climate change and global development – helping to inform policy and practice around access to energy, agricultural livelihoods, resilience, and low-carbon transformations – with a focus on communities and groups that are often underrepresented.

Dr Justin See
Dr Justin See is a lecturer in Development Studies at the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Melbourne. His research interrogates how dominant modes of climate change adaptation (e.g. planned resettlement, climate buffer infrastructure, nature-based solutions) generate injustices while advancing community-led pathways to sustainable development.

Dr Ginbert Cuaton
Dr Ginbert Cuaton is a Research Assistant Professor at Lingnan University. His expertise is on post-disaster recovery and development research, and has worked on a number of climate and disaster research projects in Southeast Asia. His works have been cited in the 2022 IPCC Sixth Assessment Report and the UNFAO report on Women and Men in Small-scale Aquaculture and Fisheries in Asia.

Dakila Yee

University of the Philippines Dakila Yee is a PhD Candidate at the Centre for Deliberative Democracy, Faculty of Business, Government and Law at the University of Canberra. He is also assistant professor (on study leave) at the University of the Philippines Tacloban His research interest is on environmental populism, low-carbon transitions and environmental discourses. He has published articles on the urban political ecology of disaster reconstruction in the Philippines.

She is a Research Assistant for Project Ahon, supporting climate-resilient development research, and a Teaching Assistant on a US-based math education platform, with experience in economic valuation research, econometrics, and GIS-based spatial analysis.
